Discover a career at Depot Connect International DCI a global leader in the TankISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts industry Were more than just a service provider; were a unified team combining the expertise of industry leaders Quala Boasso Global and PSC Headquartered in Tampa Florida with over 160 locations worldwide our team of over 3500 employees excels in offering a multitude of mission critical services The Operations Manager will assist the Facility Manager in the daily operations of the service center The Operations Manager also assumes the responsibilities of the Facility Manager in hisher absence Shift 2nd Shift 2pm 1030pm M F Salary starts at 80000yr with bonus potential Position Responsibilities Ensure safety policies and procedures are being adhered to by all employeesSet schedule based on daily review of customer demandEnsures that all jobs are completed on time while maintaining appropriate level of qualityProvides training to all Shift Leaders and technicians as necessaryDistributes directs and designates the work to be done by the employeesRectifies any problems or irregularities which ariseMonitors normal housekeeping in the cleaning area on all shiftsMaintains thorough working knowledge of the Companys contingency plan for the facilityRCRA duties include assisting the Manager in the administration and supervision of all areas of Residual ManagementControls supplies chemicals cleaning agents and utilities in accordance with established proceduresConducts activities related to waste and water managementWorks to resolve any complaints safety violationsaccidents interruptions of work and potential disciplinary or production problems among the other employeesCommunicates with customers to ensure deadline compliance as directedPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications High school diploma or equivalentAt least 6 months related experience or a combination of higher education and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to resolve problemsStrong attention to detailStrong math skills requiredDCI Benefits Partially employer paid Medical Dental and Vision Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Insurance 401k with generous employer match PTO 10 Paid Holidays Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement
