Discover a career at Depot Connect International DCI a global leader in the TankISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts industry Were more than just a service provider; were a unified team combining the expertise of industry leaders Quala Boasso Global and Polar Service Centers PSC Headquartered in Tampa Florida with over 160 locations worldwide our team of over 3500 employees excels in offering a multitude of mission critical services The Industrial and Environmental Services Sales Representative presents the full line of Legacy Quala Environmental services to prospective customers or assigned area of responsibility Manages existing revenues and develops revenue opportunities within an established geographical territory Meets or exceeds individual sales goals for new business with industrial and environmental service customers Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively utilizes coordinates and cultivates relationships with internal and external customers Interacts and works cohesively with the other environmental service sales team membersAchieves or exceeds budgeted revenue goals for new business with industrial and environmental services customers in assigned sales territoryMaintains existing base business; identified new waste streams and new base business customers Targets and closes event business opportunitiesDrives gross margin through innovative pricing and contracting strategiesDevelops comprehensive sales plan for assigned territory in conjunction with division sales plan and goalsWorks in tandem with facility to assist customers in every aspect of waste disposal process This includes but is not limited to waste profiling proposal preparation pricing contracting and providing regulatory updatesDemonstrates a working knowledge of industrial and hazardous waste regulations RCRA TSCA CERCLADemonstrates superior sales and organizational skillsIdentifies local market dynamics and defines and implements basic countermeasures to offset competitive campaigns pricing deterioration andor changes to regulatory driversAssists in collecting receivables within contracted time periodCommunicates competitive and market information to management to assist in business unit planning and strategiesMaintains firm adherence to the management and control of confidential informationProvides monthly sales reports commissions and expenses on a timely basisAttends sales meetings and training classes as deemed appropriatePerforms special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Sales Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred3 years industrial or environmental services sales work experienceKnowledge of hazardous waste requirements and DOT regulations requiredExcellent oral and written skills required Must be self motivated and possess excellent organizational skillsAbility to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusionsMust be able to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulationsAbility to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business communityMust demonstrate the ability to write reports and business correspondence Must effectively present information to top management public groups customers and general publicAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volumeSalary plus commission DCI Benefits Medical Dental and Vision Insurance401k with matchPaid Time Off10 Paid HolidaysShort and Long Term Disability InsuranceTuition ReimbursementParental Leave
