What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project planning, team coordination, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as the primary client liaison
• Monitor costs, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Facilitate project meetings, document deliverables, and maintain accurate records
• Build strong client relationships and support contract negotiations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, construction, planning, or a related area preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of eight years of project experience in the AEC industry with increasing responsibility
• May have Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management certification or degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required

• Previous experience mentoring team members on project management best practices
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and support contract negotiations
• Experience in managing low-risk projects within the engineering and design sector
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in project management
