What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and interpret client financial, operational, and performance data to provide actionable recommendations
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting to support Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Benchmark data against industry standards to aid in developing internal and account strategies
• Drive data governance efforts and transform data into meaningful reports for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with clients to adapt reporting as needs change and assist in quarterly reviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in analytics
• Proficiency in complex pivot tables and formulas in Microsoft Excel
• Experience running SQL queries and working with Tableau and Oracle Database
• Strong presentation skills for client and internal team interactions
• Knowledge of the meetings industry and experience with Cvent meeting technology is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior meeting planning or purchasing experience
• Familiarity with PowerBI and other multi-software applications
