What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review and assess appraisal order needs to ensure efficiency
• Manage high-volume phone calls with consumers, realtors, and property managers
• Coordinate and schedule appraisal appointments within the employer’s operating system
• Meet and exceed daily production goals and quality requirements
• Communicate effectively with appraisers and access contacts to confirm appointment completions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong attention to detail

• Some proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
