What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage a team in delivering project-based activities for the HealthEdge products and solutions
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, optimizing for potential delays
• Provide regular project status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders
• Efficiently manage resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization
• Act as a liaison between internal organizations for project continuity and communication

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS degree in a related field and over 8 years of experience managing large-scale software delivery projects
• Proven understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management skills
• Experience in healthcare industry and software implementation, particularly in HealthCare Payor and/or Care Management
• Ability to travel as needed (25% or less)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing teams of 8+ resources with billable work of at least $1M
• Knowledge of healthcare payor workflows including claims processing and member enrollment
• Familiarity with Scrum Agile software development framework
• Demonstrated leadership skills in project management roles
• General understanding of Case Management, Disease Management, and Wellness
