PREMIUM COMPENSATION: UP TO $65.00/HR

HIGHLIGHTS:JETSET Pilates is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Pilates Instructors to join our team. This ownership group owns (3) pristine studios in the Triangle market- Downtown, Holly Springs & North Hills. There is an opportunity to work at one or all studios depending on your schedule and availability.

As a JETSET Pilates Instructor, you’ll have the opportunity to lead energetic group classes, motivate clients, and deliver an exceptional fitness experience that embodies our commitment to strength, flexibility, and core development. We specialize in dynamic, high-intensity, low-impact workouts that incorporate modern Pilates methods.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Teach high-energy, results-driven Pilates classes using the JETSET method and equipment.
• Provide clear and precise instruction, including proper form, alignment, and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters community and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while building strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the studio and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness and Pilates trends to deliver innovative and effective workouts. Continue Education.

REQUIREMENTS: CPT is preferred. Group Training Certification preferred.

NOTE: You are not required to hold a Pilates Certification. You will go through Instructor Training for this opportunity. Instructor Training begins 9/17/25.
