What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the integration director and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations related to program integration
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with integration goals
• Analyze and interpret key metrics to identify clients’ opportunities for improvement and develop recommended solutions
• Collaborate with the Health Service Integration team to report and present outcomes metrics to clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business data analytics, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint, including proficiency with pivot tables and multi-variable lookup functions
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Power BI and/or SQL queries
• Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management

• Familiarity with data collection, processing, and reporting improvements
• Knowledge of competitor offerings and industry trends through research and publications
