What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all aspects of project implementation, including financials, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety reviews
• Oversee project budget management and contract delivery types
• Establish and maintain the Project Job Management System for documentation and change management
• Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering, or relevant field experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues while maintaining relationships
• Ability to multitask and perform additional duties as necessary

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the Energy-as-a-Service sector
• Familiarity with project management software, specifically Procore
• Active participation in industry organizations
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in energy infrastructure
• Strong understanding of safety and quality assurance processes
