What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage all aspects of project implementation, including financials, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety reviews
- Oversee project budget management and contract delivery types
- Establish and maintain the Project Job Management System for documentation and change management
- Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering, or relevant field experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues while maintaining relationships
- Ability to multitask and perform additional duties as necessary
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the Energy-as-a-Service sector
- Familiarity with project management software, specifically Procore
- Active participation in industry organizations
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in energy infrastructure
- Strong understanding of safety and quality assurance processes
