What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Organize and facilitate meetings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring effective communication
- Conduct document accessibility reviews and ensure compliance with plain language standards
- Manage travel arrangements and process related paperwork for team members
- Collaborate with contract managers to submit invoices and manage financial documentation
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure program coverage and support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school graduation or GED
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work
- Experience drafting, editing, and formatting correspondence and reports
- Proven ability to coordinate schedules and support meetings and events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and maintain confidentiality
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with financial and administrative compliance in managing purchasing, travel, and contracts
- Proficiency in office software and virtual collaboration tools
- Background in providing high-level administrative support to managers and staff
- Experience in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper records in compliance with retention schedules
