What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
• Lead planning and execution activities for the transition to a modernized financial management solution
• Support program governance and prepare for executive-level reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Monitor program metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in program or project management, preferably in healthcare, acquisition, or technology
• Proven experience managing a large federal program or enterprise-level transformation
• Strong command of program management methodologies and federal lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive briefing skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified at ITIL Intermediate Level or ITIL Practitioner Level and Scrum Master certified
• Background in federal financial management, acquisition processes, or technology modernization
• Experience with organizational change management and end-user adoption strategies
• Familiarity with the Veterans Health Administration and related operations
