What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order inquiries and new order placements
- Document issues and updates in Confluence for internal tracking
- Visit court dockets for information on case filings and occasionally retrieve filed papers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure all necessary tasks related to orders are completed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and circumvent issues
