What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, overseeing all phases from scoping to post-implementation review
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing communications and fostering long-term partnerships
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ contract management processes and design tailored future-state processes
• Lead vendor selection processes, defining requirements and facilitating demos to assist clients in choosing the right CLM platform
• Contribute to the development of CLM AI services and collaborate with teams to refine AI-powered offerings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting, legal operations, or a similar role
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale CLM projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Smartsheet
