What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring issues are resolved with high levels of customer service
  • Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related questions
  • Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Build trust through empathetic conversations, adjusting case management plans as needed
  • Collaborate with partner teams on process changes and update policies to resolve cross-functional issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience in a call center setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
  • Proficiency in computers with the ability to research information effectively
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
