What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring issues are resolved with high levels of customer service
- Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related questions
- Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Build trust through empathetic conversations, adjusting case management plans as needed
- Collaborate with partner teams on process changes and update policies to resolve cross-functional issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience in a call center setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in computers with the ability to research information effectively
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
