What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support project execution by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining visibility into project status
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment
• Facilitate regular team check-ins to monitor progress, surface risks, and maintain momentum
• Identify and escalate blockers or risks to appropriate stakeholders for resolution
• Communicate project updates, timeline changes, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience supporting marketing or digital project delivery within a cross-functional environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain structured workflows
• Experience working within a PMO or structured delivery environment preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a marketing project management role
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Workfront
