What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to Leave, Disability, and HR matters via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve HR issues and inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and customer service
- Build trust and rapport with employees through empathetic and personalized communication
- Analyze and decide on leave, disability, and accommodation requests using critical thinking
- Collaborate with partner teams to update policies and resolve cross-functional issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience in a call center setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in computer usage and research skills
- Experience managing confidential employee information while adhering to data privacy standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
