What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and oversee IT project performance, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality control
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans and schedules
• Conduct daily stand-ups, scrums, and sprint planning sessions across multiple teams
• Create and manage Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and other essential project deliverables
• Oversee end-to-end testing processes and stakeholder management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Extensive experience in managing information technology projects
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of IT data interfaces, application technology development practices, and testing practices
• Experience in managing requirements matrices and test script development
• Strong documentation skills and ability to track project performance

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with SharePoint and industry-standard software tools
• Previous experience working in a multi-division software engineering environment
