What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide high-level administrative support services for the Office of Investigative and Legal Services (OILS) business operations
  • Supervise and direct the workload of three Administrative Assistant 1s, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Assist in the development of administrative procedures and serve as a resource for staff performance and training needs
  • Manage program email inboxes and calendars, and coordinate service requests through Service Central
  • Maintain office records for over 100 employees, including training documentation and IT access permissions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and completing administrative duties in an executive-level business office
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign and coordinate work, and develop effective procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in creating complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
  • Knowledge of office organization, management principles, and supervisory techniques
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and produce thorough, accurate documents

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • One (1) or more years of experience using Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft SharePoint, and Visio
  • Experience in applying quality improvement tools to enhance processes and service delivery
