What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and product development
• Manage a multidisciplinary project team and oversee project direction from design to testing
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct project meetings and provide status reports on project tracking and analysis
• Integrate vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables to align with project objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering IT products
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile and other agile methodologies
• Strong program and product management experience
• Experience managing budgets effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing budgets specifically for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Previous IT experience within the VA
• Additional certifications related to project management or agile methodologies
