What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, emails, and mail, along with ordering office supplies
  • Maintain intranet, directories, organizational charts, and other essential documents
  • Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer and home office Directors of Human Resources with HR responsibilities and special projects
  • Monitor HR programs, respond to inquiries, and assist with auditing and issue follow-ups
  • Perform general office duties for the leadership team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management, or human resources experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe, and Webex
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
