What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, emails, and mail, along with ordering office supplies
- Maintain intranet, directories, organizational charts, and other essential documents
- Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer and home office Directors of Human Resources with HR responsibilities and special projects
- Monitor HR programs, respond to inquiries, and assist with auditing and issue follow-ups
- Perform general office duties for the leadership team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management, or human resources experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe, and Webex
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
