Position Summary

As a Key Account Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our most valuable client relationships. You will serve as the main liaison between UniUni and key e-commerce clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, delivering prompt and effective client support.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze account performance and logistics needs to deliver tailored service solutions.
  • Monitor parcel delivery performance and proactively address service issues or delays.
  • Lead regular business reviews, offering data-driven insights and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Generate client-specific quotations using established pricing strategies and market insights.
  • Manage account billing, invoicing accuracy, and payment tracking.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value and revenue growth.
  • Support key accounts in navigating claims processes and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to additional cross-functional projects as needed to support business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the logistics or e-commerce sectors—last-mile delivery preferred.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering business results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytical and data-savvy with an ability to identify trends and develop solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and reviews.
