Position Summary
The Purchasing Data Coordinator supports the clerical and data activities of the Materials and Logistics team. This can include managing and entering Supplier Acknowledgments to ensure supplier on time delivery. You will be responsible for creating, measuring, reporting, and disseminating supplier performance data to support SQCD measurements and maintain and performs audits of supplier files to ensure compliance with corporate procedures.

Duties
• Identify, participate and implement continuous improvement activities to impact overall purchasing areas quality, cost, and delivery initiatives.
• Maintains standard work documentation and Quality System procedures to ensure compliance.
• Participate in the identification and implementation of root cause and corrective action ideas.
• Processes non-inventory (MRO), Supplier vendor purchase orders, and Internal Sales orders (ISO’s) utilizing Macola and Oracle.
• Coordinate management of RTV to ensure proper credits are being processed with suppliers.
• Distributes Purchase Orders, Requisitions and other purchasing reports to appropriate personnel.
• Distribute and track problem packing slips in order to determine trends and improvement opportunities.
• Root Cause Problem solve invoice discrepancies.
• Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as needed for the Purchasing Staff and provides back up for all other clerical functions in the department. Expedite purchasing requirements for our Service organization.
• Support activities of Materials Management which periodically involves confidential information.
• Performs similar and related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD, Macola and Oracle preferred.
- Direct hands-on experience in an MRP systems environment preferred.
- Key competencies include sound business judgment and decision making.
- Prior Materials Management experienced preferred.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion of job responsibilities.
- Ability to work with all employees at all levels of management.
- Self-starter, someone who is proactive and who can lead by example.
Pay range for this opportunity is $34,530.00 – $45,318.00. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
