Customer Data Management Project Coordinator

The Role
The CDM Project Coordinator’s primary role is to support all Customer Master related projects with responsibilities including: leading and completing all acquisition integration activities from inception, through Customer matching and post go live support, provide all internal reporting required by the business, manage all Customer Master clean up projects and support of the new CDM tool. Working closely with the CDM management team, IT, the CDM Project Coordinator plays an important role in the integrity and continuous improvement of the Customer Master by supporting effective execution of acquisition integrations and clean up efforts.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for all acquisition integration Customer Master activities, including the EDQ Customer matching process through post go live support.
- Accountable for the integrity of the acquired Customer Master data in Corporate EBS.
- Manages all internal requests for Customer data; responsible for managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously.
- Collaborates with IT on acquisition integrations, data requests, SCRs and clean up projects.
- Develops and runs reports in COGNOS based on business need.
- Prepares, submits and manages System Change Requests related to Corporate EBS and CDM.
- Initiates and identifies process improvements in the Customer Master.
- Validates clean up projects/requests from the business.
- Prioritizes data requests/clean up projects based on business need.
- Partners with business stakeholders to implement viable Customer data clean up.
- Coordinates project timelines with internal stakeholders.
- Communicates all challenges to CDM Management.
- Provides feedback and project updates to CDM Management on a scheduled basis.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business discipline required
- 2 to 4 years business experience with direct contact with Customers and Sales
