What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain accurate invoicing support and financial records through effective filing systems
• Process all invoices by matching them to receiving reports and verifying purchase order prices
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendors, addressing discrepancies as needed
• Enter purchase orders from approved requisitions and submit them to vendors
• Process payments in accordance with cash planning, taking advantage of discounts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an accounts payable position
• Proficient with math and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
