Corporate Recruiter
Overview As a Recruiter for 48forty, you’ll get to partner with hiring Managers across the country in building their teams by managing the entire Recruitment process from team planning, job creation, sourcing/evaluating candidates, through the offer process! This role is vital to the success of our organization, as we are a high-volume Recruitment team that ensures we attract and hire people who will contribute to the culture and growth of our organization!Â
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring processÂ
- Track and measure recruitment KPIsÂ
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboardedÂ
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referralsÂ
- Screen candidates and set up interviewsÂ
- Organize hiring events and prepare job fair or hiring materialsÂ
- Generate weekly and monthly reportsÂ
- Conduct meetings and or training sessions for Hiring Managers, when requiredÂ
- Implement strategies to improve Quality of Hire and decrease Time to FillÂ
- Provide a positive candidate experience to all who applyÂ
- Provide constant status updates to Hiring ManagersÂ
- Prioritize critical roles and act with urgency when necessaryÂ
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not requiredÂ
- 1-3 years of experience in a Corporate Recruitment role
- Experience recruiting in Canada preferred
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS preferred)Â
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Manufacturing or Construction industries strongly preferredÂ
