What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Approve invoices and handle vendor reclamations and returns
• Field inbound calls from suppliers regarding inquiries and discrepancies
• Manage logistics revenue adjustments and reconcile related reports
• Liaise with internal and global teams to meet service and quality standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting roles
• Experience processing invoices with a focus on 3-Way Match
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable concepts and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/finance software (e.g., ERP Systems)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, or Payroll
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
