What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Approve invoices and handle vendor reclamations and returns
- Field inbound calls from suppliers regarding inquiries and discrepancies
- Manage logistics revenue adjustments and reconcile related reports
- Liaise with internal and global teams to meet service and quality standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting roles
- Experience processing invoices with a focus on 3-Way Match
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable concepts and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/finance software (e.g., ERP Systems)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, or Payroll
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
