What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including answering emails and phone calls
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Create content to post on the employer’s social media channels
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and restaurant reservations
- Maintain professional communication and handle sensitive information confidentially
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
