What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Continuously monitor network traffic and security systems for suspicious activities
- Assist in the initial triage and investigation of security incidents
- Conduct vulnerability scans and basic risk assessments
- Configure and update security tools such as firewalls and endpoint protection systems
- Support compliance audits and participate in security awareness training initiatives for staff
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in IT or security operations
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI model) and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with common security tools (SIEM, antivirus, intrusion detection systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (through coursework or internships)
