What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, inboxes, and CRM/task systems; drafting documents and meeting notes
  • Assist with content and marketing tasks, including scheduling posts on social media platforms and optimizing YouTube content
  • Format and prepare documentation such as spreadsheets, workbooks, and publications in Word and Excel
  • Attend weekly video meetings to take notes and track action items
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication with clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • At least 3 years of experience as an assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM, project management, and social media scheduling tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Able to commit to focused, distraction-free time blocks during working hours

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with WordPress updates and creating branded visuals in Canva
  • Familiarity with SEO practices for social media and video content
  • Prior experience working in a remote team environment
