What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support process analysis, gap assessment, and future-state design sessions to optimize workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications and user stories
• Contribute to customer workshops, guiding clients toward configuration-based solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Support testing activities by reviewing functional outputs and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer-facing materials to support delivery and adoption

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or supporting ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM) with the ability to support configuration-first process design
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and testing activities in customer-facing engagements

• Experience in facilitating workshops and design sessions with stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
