What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong 10-key and typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including filing and sorting
- Friendly, outgoing personality for customer interactions
- Professional phone etiquette for handling incoming calls
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with basic office machinery such as printers, scanners, copiers, and postage machines
- Familiarity with HVAC industry practices and terminology
