Now Hiring: Asset Management Expert to Help Shape the Future of AI in Finance

We’re looking for a seasoned Asset Management professional (12 years of experience) who’s ready to do something different — way different.

In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our AI and engineering teams to design how large language models (LLMs) understand, evaluate, and automate real-world asset management workflows.

If you’ve spent years deep in portfolio strategy, earnings analysis, and investment decision-making — and you’re curious how AI can amplify that expertise — this might be the most exciting career pivot you’ll ever make.

💼 What You’ll Do

You’ll bridge human financial intelligence with machine reasoning by:

  • Defining high-value workflows in asset management — from portfolio construction and optimization to earnings analysis and market benchmarking.
  • Designing evaluation frameworks to test how AI performs on real asset management tasks — creating the standards for what “smart” financial AI looks like.
  • Assessing AI performance in financial reasoning: trend identification, risk-return balance, valuation accuracy, and more.
  • Curating and annotating financial data (SEC filings, research reports, earnings transcripts) to help train and refine our models.
  • Driving continuous improvement through structured feedback that enhances AI accuracy, consistency, and domain alignment.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Domain Expertise

  • 10 years in Asset Management, Investment Strategy, or Portfolio Management
  • Strong grasp of financial instruments, benchmarks, and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with earnings review, portfolio diversification, and financial modeling

Analytical & Technical Edge

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into structured, testable components
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working alongside data teams = big plus

Communication & Precision

  • Sharp communicator who can translate finance into plain language for cross-functional teams
  • Detail-obsessed, especially when defining evaluation criteria and validating insights
