About The Role As a Human Resources Assistant at Epic, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment efforts, guiding candidates through the application and interview process, and supporting onboarding activities. You will work closely with recruiters and HR team members to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and current employees. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth and success of a forward-thinking organization. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently from day one.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of academic and professional success
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company
- Help organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a positive workplace culture
