Talent Marketing Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW

Integrity 9 is looking for a sharp, driven, and organized Talent Marketing Associate in one of the following cities: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Kansas City, New York, and St. Louis. This role will involve managing existing partnerships and assisting in brand development for our local clients. Experience in sports partnerships and client relations is preferred.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Provide research & perform analytics needed to secure/win new business.
• Conduct outreach to potential brand sponsors for clients on the talent roster.
• Support the development of content for various social media channels.
• Create presentations, graphics, and proposals for prospective talent roster clients.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for clients in talent/influencer space.
• Research industry trends and best practices in talent/influencer space.
• Maintain CRM’s, proposals, campaign trackers, and rate card spreadsheets.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of managing talent, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
• Thorough understanding of social media platforms and current social media trends.
• Experience in managing deliverables for talent sponsorships and endorsements.
• Quality content/graphic creation skills.
• Experience in developing and managing a brand strategy.
• Strong project management knowledge and skills.
