Previous Sanitation experience preferred Must be able to work 7 days a week Must pass background check and drug test Position near 281Bitters 1450hr Essential Functions Inspect equipment ensuring it is clean and ready for USDA inspection according to USDA guidelinesDetermine if sanitation has cleaned the equipment appropriately; if not communicate corrective measures back to sanitation staff and follow up to ensure compliance measures have been takenComplete Food safety and post sanitation checklistsRespond to questions from auditorsComplete inspections on equipment after sanitation has released equipment to the plant for pre opParticipate in environmental program taking swabs attending meetings application of corrective actions and participating in investigationsOther duties may be assigned as neededEquipment Used ScalesMoisture AnalyzerWater Activity MachinesPH MeterTensile MachineOxygen AnalyzerCaliper
