IT Support Specialist / IT Technician — Job Description

Position Summary

The IT Support is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organization. This role supports end users, assists with network and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance and updates
• Assist with network setup, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge Technology
• Experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic networking concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
