Job Summary:

The Marketing & Brand Growth Coordinator is responsible for growing I.E. Health’s digital presence, brand awareness, and inbound lead flow through high-quality video content, social media systems, and community engagement.

This role blends content creation, social media management, automation, and grassroots brand marketing. The ideal candidate is both creative and structured — someone who can produce compelling content while building systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create, record, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)

  • Manage and post content on I.E. Health’s Instagram account

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity

  • Capture behind-the-scenes, educational, and lifestyle content

  • Collaborate with Founder and coaches to ideate content themes

  • Repurpose content across platforms when appropriate

Marketing Systems & Automation

  • Build and manage automated Instagram DM flows

  • Lead responses

  • Program inquiries

  • Booking prompts

  • Organize and track inbound leads from social media

  • Improve response times and client conversion pathways

  • Work with existing software/tools to optimize lead capture

Brand Growth & Community Presence

  • Identify and monitor local events, partnerships, and activations

  • Fitness events

  • Wellness expos

  • Community gatherings

  • Recommend and help coordinate brand presence at select events

  • Support brand collaborations with local businesses and professionals

  • Actively look for opportunities to increase local visibility and credibility

Performance Tracking

  • Track content performance (reach, engagement, conversions)

  • Provide basic reporting and insights

  • Test and iterate content formats and messaging

  • Make data-informed recommendations for growth

Required Qualifications

  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends

  • Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands

  • Familiarity with:

  • Instagram automation tools

  • CRM or lead management systems

  • Basic understanding of paid ads (a plus, not required)

  • Local market knowledge (Las Vegas preferred)

Example Bonus Metrics:

  • +$250 for 20 qualified leads/month

  • +$150 for consistent month-over-month engagement growth

  • +10% for campaigns tied directly to revenue
