I.E. Health – In-Person Coach/Client Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:

The In-Person Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions while supporting overall gym operations and client experience. This role blends coaching, administration, and facility management, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the professionalism and standards of I.E. Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and assessments

• Design and implement individualized training programs

• Lead in-person training sessions

• Track client progress and follow up as needed

• Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and goals

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym

• Manage front desk operations and client check-ins

• Assist with onboarding new clients

• Support retention and community engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer

• Strong coaching and cueing skills

• Professional, punctual, and reliable

• Comfortable with both coaching and administrative duties

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private training facilities

• Familiarity with Trainerize

• Customer service or front desk experience

• Interest in long-term growth within IE Health

Monthly Client Experience Incentives:

• $25 per approved service upgrade

• $50 per new client referral (post-onboarding)

• 10% Commission on supplement Sales
