We are seeking a Welder for a custom fabrication company in Leominster, Massachusetts, the company is open to temp to perm or direct hire arrangements depending on the applicants qualifications and situation. This is a first shift opportunity, overtime possibilities are available if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut metal sheets and plates
• Utilize press brake machine and punch press
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and fit metal parts
• Apply basic math skills to measure, cut, and align materials accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams for fabrication projects
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fabricator/welder
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

Skills:

• Experience operating a press brake machine
• Familiarity with crane operation for material handling
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Understanding of ductwork fabrication processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
  Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
