* Where You’ll Work * You’ll be working in a professional office setting for a well-established organization with a structured finance department. This is a 100% in-office role located in the North Houston area, offering a supportive environment and exposure to core accounting functions.

* Job Highlights*

• ** Pay:** $45,000–$48,000 annually
• ** Schedule:** Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
• ** Location:** North Houston area (in-office role)
• ** Work Environment:** Professional office / finance department
• ** Growth Opportunity:** Exposure to multiple areas of accounting

** Responsibilities**

• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payments
• Manage accounts receivable activities such as billing, statements, and collections
• Prepare and process invoices using accounting or ERP systems
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
• Support financial reporting, audits, and special accounting projects

** Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
