** Job Title: Quality Document Control Administrator (1st Shift) *
* Pay Rate: ** $25.00/hour
** Shift:** 1st Shift — Approximately 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
** Location: ** Zelienople, PA
** Education Requirement: ** High School Diploma
** Experience Required:** Relevant administrative experience in any field
** Position Overview** The Quality Document Control Administrator supports the Quality Document Systems Management function by maintaining, organizing, and controlling site documentation and records. This role is responsible for filing, scanning, labeling, and managing controlled documents in accordance with established procedures.
This is an entry-level administrative role suited for candidates with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work is performed using established processes and is subject to review.
* Key Responsibilities*
- Label and file Device History Records (DHRs)
- Create and file DHR Service Records when original DHRs are not available
- Pack and archive files that have met record retention requirements
- File Quality and Environmental records from designated intake bins
- Update Table of Contents, Binder Revisions, and Controlled Location Charts as required following Change Request (CR) releases
- Update binders to reflect current revisions
- Issue copies of archived or draft procedures to Production or Service teams as needed
- Manage Weleski and off-site DHR record requests
- Maintain and organize Service files and cabinets
- Shift and rearrange file cabinets to optimize storage space
- Label cabinets appropriately
- Issue new document/procedure numbers for the site
- Create and update Supplier profiles in MFG Pro
- Send Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), testing data, and DHR scans upon request
- Complete supply requisition forms
** Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior administrative experience (any industry)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with physical files and documentation
- Basic computer skills and ability to update tracking systems
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Strong communication skills
