Warehouse Associate

Pay: $19/hr.

Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm

Description:

  • Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate with strong experience using shipping and inventory computer programs (ERP/WMS systems). This role focuses on accurate receiving, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping documentation. Most packages are lightweight (about 90% under 15 lbs). Pallet jack use is required; forklift experience is not needed (no forklifts on-site).

Requirements:

  • Experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in shipping/inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Working knowledge of common carrier platforms (UPS/FedEx portals, label printing, packing slips).
  • Pallet jack experience (manual or electric).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
  • Ability to lift and carry typical packages; most shipments are under 15 lbs, with occasional heavier items as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Receive, ship, pick and pack products in accordance with written instructions ensuring items are complete and securely packed using the correct materials.
  • Complete paperwork and system updates as required
  • Assisting in the execution of effective cycle counting in line with company requirements.
  • Ensure all stores are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure goods are stored and distributed in a safe. manner to ensure all goods-in are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
