Position Part Time Remote Commercial Lines Producer Agency The Alef Agency independent affiliated with Brightway Insurance Location Remote must be based in Florida About Us Brightway Insurance is a leading property and casualty insurance distribution company with over 300 franchise locations in 35 states known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and empowering agents and consultants with innovative tools and support Role Overview As a Commercial Lines Producer youll leverage your commercial insurance expertise to engage with clients and present tailored solutions This role is part time and remote serving clients across Florida Key Responsibilities Follow up on leads provided by the agency provide quotes and close salesAdvise new and existing customers on insurance products including commercial policiesHandle policy changes endorsements billing inquiries and renewals for commercial linesMaintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systemsIdentify cross selling and upselling opportunities across both commercial and residential segmentsDeliver outstanding customer service via phone email and digital communicationsEnsure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirementsRequired Qualifications Valid Florida 2 20 General Lines or 20 44 licenseDemonstrated experience in commercial insurance RequiredStrong communication skills and a customer focused mindsetAbility to work remotely with reliable internet phone and disciplined schedulingBilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred but not requiredReady to launch your career Apply today
