The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives for Flex Flow, with a primary focus on high-pressure horizontal pump solutions across the Denver region and emerging Western U.S. markets. This role supports both existing regional accounts and new market development efforts in geothermal, CO₂/CCUS, mining, industrial, and energy transition applications.

Working closely with the Flex Flow sales, technical, and engineering teams, the Business Development Specialist will identify, evaluate, and pursue technically complex opportunities that require early-stage engagement with customers, EPCs, and engineering firms. The role is responsible for analyzing market trends, assessing customer processes and system requirements, and positioning Flex Flow as a technical solutions partner rather than solely an equipment provider.

The Business Development Specialist will collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to develop application-specific solutions, support specification development, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and equipment capabilities. This role also serves as a liaison between executive leadership, regional sales teams, and technical services to help drive revenue growth, improve project conversion rates, and expand Flex Flow’s presence in non-traditional horizontal pump applications.
