- Community occupancy, payer composition and market dynamics: Track and refine community level input criteria such as occupancy, insurance demographics of residents, clinical staff availability and cost structure
- Clinical productivity: Monitor drivers of efficiency inside clinics at the building, cluster, and regional level to optimize performance with time and appropriate intervention
- Revenue cycle: Analyze reimbursement dynamics and revenue generation factors at the visit level to identify opportunities for clinical service optimization or to reduce leakage
- Strategic Reporting: Oversee the delivery of clinic level proformas, monthly performance summaries, and corporate level support infrastructure investments to regional and segment level operations areas
- EmpowerMe 360 Program Integration: Partner with the EmpowerMe 360 team to model the financial impact of program growth and staffing strategies, in order to boost clinical and economic outcomes
- Labor & Efficiency Modeling: Analyze Cost per Hour and Therapist vs. Assistant Usage to optimize the clinical workforce and improve financial KPIs
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key financial advisor to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Area Directors of Operations (ADOs), helping them interpret Monthly Financial Reviews to improve local site performance
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform duties consistent with qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards
- Tasks and responsibilities are subject to change at your supervisor’s discretion
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a multi-site healthcare, clinical, or retail environment. Healthcare experience and understanding of reimbursement drivers, billing practices, etc., is preferred.
