Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized, award-winning children’s soccer program that combines fun, skill development, and character building. We create a safe, positive, and inspiring environment where kids not only learn soccer but also grow in confidence and joy.

Our coaches are the energetic heart of our brand, making a real impact on the lives of children and their families every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 (set up, coach, and break down classes)

  • Deliver our expertly designed curriculum focused on skill and character development

  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for every child

  • Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, caregivers, and teachers

  • Manage equipment and class attendance for groups of up to 15 children

Who We’re Looking For

  • People who love working with kids and making them smile

  • Reliable, responsible individuals ready to commit

  • Energetic, outgoing leaders comfortable managing small groups

  • Able to actively demonstrate soccer skills (run, squat, show drills)

  • Have reliable transportation (own car) and are willing to pass background checks

  • Hold at least a high school diploma and are eligible to work in the U.S.

Typical Coaches Include

  • Early childhood educators and elementary teachers

  • Students and stay-at-home parents

  • Fitness instructors and active semi-retired individuals

  • Anyone passionate about staying active and making a difference in children’s lives

Compensation & Scheduling

  • Trial Period (4 days): Observe and assist coaching sessions — $12 per session

  • Training Week (5 days): Work alongside staff coaches, complete online training, background check — $15 per session

  • Official Coaching:Once training is complete and background check has cleared — $20 per session

  • Flexible schedule based on your availability

  • Sessions run Monday through Saturday:

  • Weekdays: 8:30 AM — 6:00 PM (typically 2–3 hours per shift)

  • Weekends: 8:30 AM — 12:00 PM
