Resident Care Companion / STNA (7a-7p)

We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Companion or STNA for a 7a-7p shift in Dayton, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following facility protocols.
