$200k – $300k base + equity

Futuretech Recruitment is partnered with a Stealth AI FinTech startup building an AI-native platform to make financial advisors significantly more effective. Wealth management still relies on outdated, manual processes, leaving clients underserved. Backed by top-tier investors and advisors with deep industry knowledge, they’re assembling a world-class founding team from leading fintech and AI companies to transform this space. They’re actively looking to hire a Founding Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end technical architecture, from customer integrations to AI-powered workflows
• Direct customer conversations and product decisions that shape what we build
• Machine learning systems that process financial data and automate complex workflows
• The engineering culture and technical practices of our founding team

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer (staff/senior level) at a Tier 1 VC-backed startup
• Proven track record building customer-facing web products and interfacing directly with users
• Experience in fintech, vertical SaaS, or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare) preferred
• Proficiency across the stack, with strong fundamentals in modern frameworks and passion for AI
• Strong product sense, communication skills, and high EQ — thrive in early-stage environments
