Location: Remote — NYC / Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT)
Contract: 9/22/2025 — 3/14/2026
Travel: 1x per month to Northeast region
About the Team
This team helps restaurants grow their business through innovative digital tools such as delivery integrations, online ordering platforms, and voice technology. A new product is being built, and the team needs an Account Manager to onboard restaurant partners, collect feedback, and act as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the platform.
About the Role
The Account Manager will support restaurant partners after they’ve activated on the platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing success. You’ll manage relationships, reduce churn, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support restaurant partners (mainly SMBs) in your region through onboarding and ongoing check-ins.
- Gather product feedback from partners and communicate it to cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations to help restaurants grow and increase product adoption.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and minimize churn.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to improve processes and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management, or customer success.
- Background in big tech or restaurant tech (Uber Eats, Olo, Toast, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to empathize with customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working with technical products and hardware.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
