We are seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in user engagement, business growth, and the media industry. This role requires a data-driven thinker who combines analytical precision with compelling storytelling and has a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results. You will shape initiatives that align with overarching business goals and deliver measurable outcomes across content strategy, distribution channels, and consumer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives that drive user engagement and business growth.
- Craft and deliver executive-level presentations and communications tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner across functions to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
- Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to guide planning and optimize performance.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of integrated campaigns across media platforms.
- Build and expand relationships with strategic partners to ensure long-term value and growth.
- Apply a partner-focused mindset to identify opportunities and co-develop initiatives that support shared goals.
- Use data-driven insights to continually evolve growth strategies with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in strategic communications, business development, or related fields, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Proven success developing and executing strategies that influence senior leadership and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful narratives.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating executive-level business cases and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership, including mentoring others and influencing project-level outcomes.
- Ability to set goals, manage priorities, and contribute to the development of department-wide objectives.
Preferred:
- Extensive experience leading strategic partnerships and partner services.
- Familiarity with NDA protocols and campaign execution workflows.
